Nikhil Panse

Nikhil Panse is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Kemper since November 2021, Nikhil oversees the delivery of reliable IT services while leveraging expertise in IT Management, Security, and Architecture to align with business objectives. Prior experience includes roles at CNA Insurance, where responsibilities spanned from directing large-scale technology transformations as Architecture Consulting Director to managing application development and support as Director, IT Applications Development. Nikhil also held the position of Application Development Manager at Bankers Life and began the career in various technical roles at Deloitte Consulting and Instaknow. Nikhil holds a Master's degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University, complemented by a BE in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
