Rich Sloan

Rich Sloan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technology management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of IT at Kemper since April 2021, Rich has previously held significant roles, including Director of Software Engineering at American Access Casualty Company, where responsibilities included leading the enterprise software engineering group. Additional roles range from Senior Director of Information Technology/CIO at ARELLO to interim CEO during a leadership transition. Rich's career began in various technical positions, including Lead Software Engineer at TriZetto Healthcare Products and IT Manager at Avalon Human Resources. Rich holds a high school diploma from Bolingbrook High School and has furthered education at Joliet Junior College and Illinois State University.
