Sue Engle

Sue Engle currently serves as the Claims Training Director at Kemper, where responsibilities include strategy, analysis, design, development, and measurement for claims representatives since March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Education at Allstate from June 2013 to January 2020, overseeing the education strategy for the commercial insurance division and enhancing capabilities for over 9,000 agencies. As Executive Training Director at The Hartford School of Insurance, Sue led the development of group benefits education programs. Earlier, as AVP of P&C Learning Operations at Hartford Financial Services Group, strategic direction was set for a learning and development organization, impacting 11,000 employees. Academically, Sue holds a Master's Degree in Education specializing in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePauw University.
