Vineet Saxena

Vineet Saxena has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vineet is currently serving as the IT Director at Kemper since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Manager at Kemper from February 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Kemper, Vineet worked as a Product Owner / Dev Lead at Kemper from March 2020 to February 2021. Before joining Kemper, Vineet worked as a Product Manager at Lumeris from March 2019 to December 2019. Vineet also served as a Product Owner at Enterprise Fleet Management from April 2014 to February 2019. Vineet started their professional career as a Business Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in April 2006 and had several roles within the company, including Business Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, and Team lead. In addition to these roles, Vineet also worked as a Lead Analyst at CVS Caremark Corporation, a Sr. Business Analyst at Coventry Healthcare, a Sr. Business Analyst at Wells Fargo Advisors, a Lead Business Analyst at Walmart, and a Sr. Business Analyst / Team lead at Magellan Health Services. Vineet is experienced in analyzing business processes, facilitating meetings, and acting as a liaison between IT projects team and business team.

Vineet Saxena received a Masters in Economics from Eastern Illinois University between 2003 and 2006. Vineet also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in December 2020.
