Harri Kivelä

Harri Kivelä has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Harri began their career at Kemppi Oy in 1987 as an R&D Engineer, and later became a Production Line Manager and then a Production Manager. In this role, they oversaw production activities and managed the manufacturing process. In 2002, Harri joined Murrelektronik Power Oy as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing operations within the company. Harri returned to Kemppi Oy in 2004 as the eERP Project Responsible, leading the implementation of an ERP system. Throughout the years, Harri took on various roles at Kemppi Oy, including Development Manager SCM, Business Development Manager, and currently, they serve as the Business Development & QEHS Manager. In this position, they are involved in supply chain management process improvement, project management, ERP system development, and is responsible for Kemppi's quality management system (ISO 9001), environmental management system (ISO 14001), and industrial safety. Harri Kivelä's extensive experience and expertise contribute to their success in business development and quality, environment, health and safety management.

Harri Kivelä obtained their M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 1982 to 1987. Harri further pursued professional development by attending the University of Technology, Lahti's Unit from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a PD in International Director Professional Development. Prior to their higher education, Kivelä attended Lempäälän lukio from 1978 to 1981.
