Jani Hämäläinen

Jani Hämäläinen has a strong background in research and development, with extensive experience in the mechanical engineering and technology sourcing field. From 2002 to 2018, they worked at Kemppi Oy, where they held various roles including R&D Manager for Mechanical Engineering and Technology Sourcing, where they led a mechanical design competence center responsible for product design, maintenance, and research. Jani also served as a Product Technology Manager, leading a research team focused on investigating new technologies and identifying business opportunities.
