Ashley Golla

Ashley Golla, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Kemps LLC since August 2018. Previously, Ashley held positions at Artesyn Embedded Technologies and Flagstone Foods, where responsibilities included administering HR plans, conducting pre-employment screenings, implementing training programs, and managing compliance with employment laws. With a strong foundation in HR operations, Ashley developed enhanced onboarding processes and served as a subject matter expert in transitioning HRIS systems. Ashley earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
