Lisa Marsilio

Lisa Marsilio has a comprehensive work history spanning over three decades. Their most recent position was as the Chief Executive Officer at Kendal~Crosslands Communities, where they started in 2020. Prior to that, they held various interim healthcare executive positions and provided consulting services to drive bottom-line results for Connect Strategy and Mission. From 2015 to 2019, Lisa served as the Chief Operating Officer at Caron Treatment Centers, overseeing the executive team and the organization's 690 employees. Lisa also held the role of Divisional CEO Post Acute Care Network at the University of Pennsylvania Health System from 2012 to 2015, managing an $80M post acute operation. Lisa's experience further includes a vice president role at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, where they also served as the LTACH Administrator. Lisa has been an adjunct faculty member at The Wescoe School of Muhlenberg College and has held positions at St. Luke's University Health Network and the University of Pennsylvania earlier in their career.

Lisa Marsilio obtained their Masters Business Administration degree from DeSales University in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Muhlenberg College in 2003. Lisa also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Nursing Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
