Kelly Ammons

Kelly Ammons has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales, leasing, and property management. Kelly started their career as a Leasing Consultant at Landmark Management Group in 2012, where they focused on building relationships, achieving sales goals, and marketing the community. Kelly then worked as a Leasing and Marketing Specialist at Allied Orion Group, where they contributed to high occupancy rates and provided effective leadership to the leasing team. Kelly also served as a Professional Organizer at Squared Away Organization Solutions, demonstrating their organizational skills and attention to detail. Kelly later joined Asset Plus Companies as an Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager, where they excelled in rental regulations, collections, tenant eligibility, and lease renewals. Kelly continued their leasing career at The Dinerstein Companies as a Leasing Consultant, responsible for maintaining a high closing ratio and managing lease renewals. Kelly took a two-year leave to work part-time as a Lead Sales Associate at Kendra Scott while their son was in daycare. Currently, they are working as a Senior Assistant Manager at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. Kelly Ammons earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from the University of Houston, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) and Leasing 101 from the Houston Apartment Association. Kelly also received a Notary Public Commission from the National Notary Association in December 2020.
