Bob Scillia has over 29 years of work experience in various roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 1994 to 2022. Bob started as a Quality Assurance Engineer in August 1994 and gradually moved up the ranks, serving as a Sr. Product Engineer, Global Product Line Manager, Engineering Director, Director of Strategic Business Unit- Hand Tools, and Director of Design to Value and Complexity Management. From June 2018 to March 2020, they were the VP of Engineering Services, and from April 2020 to September 2022, they held the position of VP of Engineering, Margin Resilency & Performance. Currently, Bob Scillia is working as the Director of Manufacturing Portfolio Management at Kennametal since April 2023.
Bob Scillia has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Bob also has a BS in Engineering from Central Connecticut State University.
