Dan McIlnay

Dan Mcilnay has extensive work experience spanning various roles in finance and information technology. Dan most recently served as the Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Kennametal, where they aligned IT solutions with business strategies and developed enterprise solutions. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President Information Technology, Director of IT Business Systems, and Manager of Financial Systems and Processes at Kennametal. Dan also worked as an AVP of Planning & Forecasting at Education Management Corporation and as a Decision Support Manager at FreeMarkets, Inc. Mcilnay began their career as a Financial Analyst at General Nutrition Centers, Inc. and worked as a Trust Operations Processor II at Mellon Bank. Throughout their career, Mcilnay has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and project management.

Dan Mcilnay completed the Executive Program in Strategic Business Leadership at Penn State University from 2018 to 2019. Dan also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the same institution during the same time period.
