Dennis Tangonan

Dennis Tangonan currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Security Bank Corporation, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Dennis held several roles at BDO Unibank from 2010 to 2023, including First Vice President and Head of IT Infrastructure, and First Vice President and Head of IT Cloud and Digital Services. Earlier career experience includes positions at Citi as Vice President of Technology Infrastructure for the Asia Pacific region and at United Overseas Bank Limited as Assistant Vice President of IT Security. Dennis began the professional journey in IT operations and security at various financial institutions, such as BDO Unibank and Maybank. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University and completion of the CIO Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
