Bruce Carlson

Bruce Carlson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in development, redevelopment, mixed-use projects, and agency and occupier services. Bruce is currently serving as the Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson Property Services, where they drive new business, recruiting, commercial brokerage leasing, and sales. Prior to this, they were a Principal at Steelhead Real Estate Partners, where they sourced and directed over $300 million in acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, developments, and land. Bruce has also held positions at Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title - National Commercial Services, Grubb & Ellis, Madison Park, Legacy Partners, Radius Development, GVA Commercial Realty, and CBRE. Throughout their career, Bruce has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective sales strategies, and a track record of successful projects and transactions.

Bruce Carlson attended UCLA from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
