Amelia McElhinney

Amelia McElhinney is a skilled civil engineer with a comprehensive background in water resources and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Kennedy Jenks Consultants since May 2023, Amelia has previously worked as a Civil Engineer at the Jackson County Department of Transportation, where efforts focused on hydrologic analysis and environmental compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineering Intern IV, developing recycling methods for road rehabilitation, and a Student Technician at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, conducting tests on pavement samples.
