Ross W. Dunning P.e.

Ross W. Dunning, P.E., is a Principal Senior Project Manager at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, where Ross leads the northwest stormwater practice and actively participates in stormwater regulation development in Western Washington. Dunning advocates for Washington businesses and has represented the Washington Public Ports Association and the Association of Washington Business on key committees related to the Industrial Stormwater General Permit and Low Impact Development. Previous roles include Stormwater Practice Leader at Harding Lawson Associates and Civil Environmental Engineer positions at ICF Kaiser and Grinnel Fire Protection, among others. Dunning holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University.
