Karen Munford

Karen Munford currently serves as the Head of Reward at Kennedys, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held multiple positions at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP from May 2016 to October 2023, culminating in the role of Head of Reward and Organisational Design. Karen's experience in reward and benefits management began at Standard Chartered Bank, where Karen worked from July 2008 to May 2016, progressing from Reward Analyst to Senior Executive Compensation Specialist. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oxford Brookes University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
