Rachelle Stiver

Rachelle Stiver, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kennesaw State University since January 2022. Previously, Rachelle held various HR leadership positions, including Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Consultant at Wellstar Health System from January 2018 to September 2021, and Region Human Resource Manager at Bunzl Distribution NA from June 2014 to December 2017. Rachelle's extensive experience includes roles as Human Resource Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and Human Resource Generalist at AllWorld Language Consultants, Inc. Rachelle began the HR career with an internship at Saint Vincent Health System in late 2006. Rachelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus (2003-2006) and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development at The University of Georgia (2025-2027).
