Jennifer Hensel, MTD

Jennifer Hensel has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. In their most recent role as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Kensing, they were responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, including succession planning, talent management, and change management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Toyota Kata Certification from the University of Michigan in 2018, a Food Safety/HACCP certification from O-I in November 2019, and several certifications related to safety, quality awareness, fastener basics, and lean basics from MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions in various years.
