Jennifer Woo

Jennifer Woo is Kensington’s Managing Director and General Counsel with the responsibility of overseeing the legal functions for Kensington and its managed funds.

Prior to joining Kensington, Jennifer practiced corporate securities law and mergers & acquisitions, with a particular focus on investment funds, private equity & venture funds, hedge funds, and other structured products. Jennifer has been involved in the analysis, structuring, and sale of investment funds as well as corporate governance, public and private financings, private equity & venture capital, and regulatory compliance. Jennifer was a partner in the Securities Group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP where she practiced for over 18 years before joining Kensington.

Jennifer holds a B.A. Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
