Linda Woo

Linda is the Senior Vice-President of Tax and is responsible for overseeing the tax function for Kensington and its managed funds. Prior to joining Kensington, Linda was a tax partner with a National accounting firm, and has experience with corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and providing advice in respect of structuring and due diligence, for large multinational enterprises, mid-market and owner-managed businesses including a variety of entity types such as corporations, trust, partnerships, (including private equity and venture capital funds), tax-exempt and regulated entities.

Linda brings a wealth of industry experience across a range of industries including real estate and construction, hospitality, infrastructure, technology, renewable energy, retail and consumer, and manufacturing and distribution. Linda has also been published in International Tax Planning (Federated Press), Mondaq and the Bottom Line. Linda was also a member of the CPA-CBA Joint Committee on Taxation and CPA Canada Tax Policy Committee, and was also a tutor for CPA-Canada, In-depth.

Linda is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
