Katie Landry is an accomplished professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Kensington Tours since January 2021. With a solid foundation in instructional design and training management, Katie previously held roles such as Training Manager and Learning Solutions Designer at Metrix, and Learning Specialist at Scotiabank. At Kensington Tours, Katie has facilitated orientation for new hires, developed training programs for existing employees, and managed the internship program to enhance learning experiences.
