Kelly Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kelly worked at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry as a Digital Marketing Consultant from June 2018 to November 2019, where they developed content strategy and executed special projects. Kelly also oversaw global digital strategy and managed seasonal campaigns for KEF's e-commerce website. Kelly then joined GP Batteries as a Digital Marketing Manager from December 2019 to December 2020, before being promoted to Senior Manager and later Associate Director of Global Digital Strategy. In these roles, Kelly was responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies across the organization. Prior to that, they worked at Sookyee Studio as a Digital Strategist and at Astro as a Creative Graphic Designer, where they created identity systems, developed web content, and executed marketing advertisements. Kelly also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Catcha Group, working on luxury lifestyle and pop culture magazines.
Kelly Ho earned a diploma in Graphic Design from PJ College of Art and Design, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they hold a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, obtained in 2021.
