Rishi Shukla

Rishi Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rishi currently works as a Software Engineer in Research and Development at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry, a position they have held since August 2021.

Prior to this, Rishi worked at Pearson starting in May 2010. Rishi held the positions of Senior Examiner and Associate Examiner, contributing to the company's examination processes.

From September 2016 to July 2021, Rishi worked at Queen Mary University of London as an EPRSC & AHRC funded Doctoral Researcher in the Centre for Digital Music. Here, they researched applications of 3D sound in music recommendation and navigation for audio-only interfaces. Rishi developed various skills and industry expertise during this role, including interactive multimedia prototyping, digital signal processing, music and speech processing techniques, and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
