Rachael Carranza has had a diverse work experience. Rachael started their career in 2001 at Matheson Inc. as an OSD/Outbound employee and worked there until 2003. In 2003, they joined WESCO Distribution as a Shipping Manager, where they were responsible for daily shipping operations, logistics, training, and safety. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Sales at Landsberg Orora, where they currently hold a position.

Rachael Carranza began their education journey in 1999 at the University of Nevada-Reno, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management. Rachael successfully completed their studies in 2002. Subsequently, in 2002, Rachael enrolled at CSU Fresno and studied International business, with a focus on Marketing and Economics, completing their coursework in 2003.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Rachael obtained several additional certifications. In 2018, they completed a program called "Leading for Impact" at the Center for Creative Leadership. The following year, in 2019, Rachael obtained certifications in "WILO (Women in Leadership)" from Orora Packaging Solutions and "Strategic Marketing Management" from Harvard Business School.
