Adem Demi̇r's primary responsibilities are planning, managing, reporting and coordinating urban transformation and marketing activities in line with company goals and policies, presenting alternative plans to the senior management regarding the promotion, marketing, sales policy, methods and methods of all kinds of residences and workplaces designed by the company, determining the marketing and sales strategies, to prepare the documents in accordance with the legal regulations, to coordinate the customer relations, to finalize the sales and title deed transfer process.
