Greg Fett has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at TI Group Automotive Systems as a Human Resource Supervisor and Human Resource Representative, where they successfully negotiated a UAW contract and reduced grievances by over 50%. Greg then moved to Whirlpool Corporation from 2001 to 2006, where they held various roles, including Human Resource Manager of the Brand & Marketing Organization, Consumer Care Organization, and Manufacturing. During this time, they implemented and executed the talent management strategy, developed a fast track rotational program and bench strategy, and led the HR strategy for outsourcing roles to India. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Meijer as Corporate Director of Human Resources, Sr. Corporate HR Manager, and Corporate HR Manager, where they oversaw HR strategy for merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, and branding, and transformed team infrastructure. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Cardinal Health as Director of Global Talent Management, Director of Human Resources for the Medical Segment, and Director of Human Resources for the Pharmaceutical Segment. Here, they led the development and implementation of global talent strategy, created talent strategies focused on assigning employees to key business initiatives, and partnered with senior leadership to develop talent strategies. Lastly, from 2021 to 2022, they worked at THE HR PROJECT as Principle Consultant, specializing in providing professional human resource solutions to help clients become more productive and profitable.
Greg Fett received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science & Human Resources and Society from Michigan State University. Greg then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the same university. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
