John Koverman

Project Manager at Kent Power

John Koverman has held various roles in the past 17 years. In 2005, they served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Rifleman, where they completed two combat tours to Iraq and served as a squad leader in a combat zone. John received numerous combat awards and achievements for their conduct and leadership. In 2010, they became self-employed as a Carpenter. In 2013, they joined EDG as a Project Manager and Electrical Drafter / Project Controller. In 2019, they moved to EASi as a Project Manager and in 2021 they joined AES Ohio as a Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Kent Power, Inc. as a Project Manager.

John Koverman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Project Management with a Specialty in Construction from ITT Technical Institute-Columbus between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute between 2010 and 2012. John also attended Edison State Community College from 2009 to 2010, studying Mobile Powered Equipment. Finally, they obtained a Certificate in Construction from Tri-Star Vocational School between 2003 and 2005.
