Evan Bailey

Evan Bailey has extensive experience in academia and event production, currently serving as a Professor at Kent State University's School of Journalism and Mass Communication since September 2004, where responsibilities include directing curriculum that emphasizes ethics and experiential learning in journalism. In addition to professorial duties, Evan Bailey has also held roles such as Operations Manager for IdeaBase, overseeing research methods tailored to client business needs, and Production Manager within the school, managing various print and digital publications. With entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Tree City Holdings and a leadership role as Vice President at DDP Worldwide Inc, a major player in electronic dance music events, Evan Bailey also served as Marketing Director for Insomniac Events and ran a multimedia business. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Journalism, Media Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, both from Kent State University.
