James Raber

James Raber, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Chief Information Officer and Executive Director of Information Technology at Kent State University, along with a role as a Part-Time Instructor in Digital Sciences. With a strong background in instructional technology, James holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology with a focus on Instructional Technology, earned from Kent State University between 2010 and 2020, as well as a Master's degree in Instructional Technology completed at the same institution from 2007 to 2009. Previously, James worked as a Technical Support Coordinator at Circuit City Corporate Offices.
