Upendra Kale

Upendra Kale is a highly experienced electrical engineer currently serving as Lead Electrical Engineer at Kent since September 2025. Prior to this role, Upendra worked as a PMC Electrical Engineer at KBR, Inc. for the Adnoc Gas FEED project from February 2025 to September 2025. From July 2010 to February 2025, Upendra held various positions at Petrofac, including Manager - Electrical, Deputy Manager, Principal Engineer, and Senior Electrical Engineer, focusing on electrical engineering and procurement for oil and gas projects. Upendra's earlier experience includes roles at Aker Solutions, Dodson Lindbloom Hydropower, and Eurotex Industries, providing engineering and procurement assistance for a variety of industrial and hydro-electrical projects. Upendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the Government College of Engineering, Karad, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from BTE.
