Todd Bell

Todd Bell is currently the Executive Director of Finance and Operations at Kentwood Public Schools since July 1993. Todd manages a staff of 14 professionals and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the support services. Prior to this, Todd was a Director of Operations at the same school district, focusing on construction management, facilities services, custodial, maintenance and grounds, transportation services, and fleet management. From 1991 to 1994, Todd worked as an Athletics Facilities Manager at the University of Michigan and also completed a MA in Facilities Management during the same time period. Todd holds additional degrees in Business Management and has certifications in School Finance and Facilities Director.
