Edward Reed

Edward Reed currently serves as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Edward held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from May 2016 to May 2023, including Vice President, Corporate Secretary for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Assistant General Counsel in the Business Development Law Group, and Senior Counsel. Edward began the professional career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Corporate Associate from October 2011 to May 2016 and completed a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Gerald B. Tjoflat at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from August 2010 to August 2011. Edward also has teaching experience as an Eighth Grade Social Studies Teacher and Baseball Coach with Teach For America from June 2005 to June 2007. Edward holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (2010) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University (2005).
