Elisa Sinico

Elisa Sinico is currently the Director of Innovation Global Consumer Supply Chain at Kenvue, a position held since May 2023. With extensive experience in supply chain innovation and management, Elisa has previously served as the Director of Supply Chain Innovation and Acceleration for EMEA at Johnson & Johnson, as well as various leadership roles including Business Engagement Lead and SC Procurement Lead. Active in the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association since February 2018, Elisa has also held the president role while leading the Zurich-Zug HBA Chapter. Prior experience includes director-level positions in business development and operations across various industries, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, among other certifications in digital marketing and executive education.
