Emma Oakley

Emma Oakley is a seasoned professional in customer development with significant experience at Kenvue, currently serving as Sr Customer Development Manager for both Convenience and Amazon UK leads since January 2023. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Johnson & Johnson from September 2017 to May 2023, where roles ranged from Sr Customer Development Manager for Amazon UK to Senior Brand Manager for Facial Skincare. Emma has also played a prominent role in the sport of lacrosse, representing England Lacrosse with 69 caps and contributing to several championships, including a bronze medal at the World Championships in 2022 and 2017, as well as gold medals in the European Championships in 2015 and 2019. Additionally, as an athlete with British Lacrosse, Emma earned 15 GB caps and participated in the 4th World Games in 2022. Emma holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, completed in 2017.
