Emrana Sheikh

Emrana Sheikh is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and diversity leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at Kenvue, Emrana is responsible for shaping integrated talent strategies and overseeing diversity initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President - Global Head of People Experience, Strategy and Innovation at Kenvue, and Vice President - Global Head of People Experience & Digital HR at Johnson & Johnson, where Emrana drove digital transformation in HR. Emrana also held significant positions at Asian Paints, Mahindra & Mahindra, and FedEx Express, focusing on global HR strategies, organizational capability building, and employee value propositions. Emrana holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai, a PGDM from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Additionally, Emrana completed the Mahindra Universe Program at Harvard University.
