Mariana Bicalho

Mariana Bicalho currently serves as Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff for Brazil at Kenvue, alongside the role of Head of Consumer & Business Intelligence for LATAM, having joined the company in May 2023. Previously, Mariana held multiple finance-focused positions at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included FP&A Finance Manager in the Consumer Health division and Sales Finance Supervisor for The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. Mariana's career began at Johnson & Johnson as a Finance Intern and progressed through the Finance Leadership Development Program, which involved extensive training and rotations across various finance departments. Mariana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and participated in an exchange program at the University of Groningen.
