Molly Hayes currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Consumer Business Insights for North America at Kenvue since July 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mars, where Molly held the position of Head of Global Human Intelligence and Global Senior Director of Growth, Foresight & Innovation Insights from June 2021 to July 2025. Molly also worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev from April 2015 to June 2021, assuming roles such as Vice President of Insights - USA and Global Senior Director of Brand Insights. Earlier career stages included positions at Diageo focusing on consumer planning and research for various spirits, as well as roles in insights and strategic planning at Sara Lee and Procter & Gamble, providing a solid foundation in consumer insights and market knowledge. Molly holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completed in 2005.
