Rachel Alder

Rachel Alder is an experienced project manager currently serving as the EMEA Design Traffic Project Manager at Kenvue since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at Unilever as a Global Artwork Production Specialist in Personal Care and at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group as a Senior Account/Project Manager. With a strong background in packaging artwork and continuous improvement, Rachel has also worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Jupiter Prestige Group in various capacities focused on client services and account management. Rachel's educational achievements include a Level 3 Management Apprenticeship from the Chartered Management Institute and a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design from Colchester Institute, both with distinction.
