Cartwritte Stephen is an experienced data professional with expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and data engineering. They have over 10 years of experience in the field, serving in various roles.

At Kenya Airways, they are currently the Head of Data Science and Analytics where they lead a team of data professionals to drive the airline's growth through data-driven insights and innovation.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, where they redesigned the Enterprise Data Warehouse and integrated the Finacle Core Banking System with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
