Hsc Winfred Mutinda

Winfred Mutinda, HSC, has a diverse background in engineering and leadership roles. They have experience in telecommunications at Mahindra Comviva and Safaricom PLC, and currently work as a Transmission System Planning Engineer at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited. Winfred also holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, as a Chevening Scholar. Additionally, they are the Founder and Team Leader at Tubariki Foundation Africa, where they continue to contribute to the community.
