Siliphan Barasa

Silphan Barasa is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering, from the University of Nairobi. Currently serving as a Graduate Trainee in System Operations and Power Management at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) since October 2023, Silphan has previously gained valuable experience through internships at KETRACO in system operations and power maintenance, and at Safaricom PLC, focusing on access network planning and design, as well as customer service in FTTH. This diverse background provides a strong foundation in both technical and customer-facing roles within the telecommunications and energy sectors.
