Kay Sanderson

Joining Keoghs in 2002, Kay was admitted as a Legal Executive in 2011 and became a partner in 2016. With over 15 years′ experience in property risk and coverage disputes she leads a team dealing with a range of cases including policy indemnity, liability disputes, recovery, avoidance/cancellation of policies, liability as RTA insurer and subrogated recoveries with specialist knowledge of the motor trade arena.

Kay's team has made a saving for one client alone in the sum of £530,000 net of costs in a 10 month period. She also developed our Innocent Purchaser product, helping insurers recover stolen vehicles bought by innocent purchasers.
