Francisco Morales

Program Manager at Kepler Communication

Francisco Morales has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Francisco started their career as an Engineering Intern at Tecnologia Zerta in 2006, where they were involved in the development and design of medical devices. Francisco then joined Intel Corporation in 2007, initially as an Engineering Intern and later as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master. At Intel, they designed and maintained software APIs and implemented testing solutions, leading to improved efficiency and reduced problems.

In 2013, Francisco worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, where they provided project management knowledge and delivered seminars to undergraduate students. Francisco then transitioned into a role as an Agile Project Manager Consultant at Bionik Laboratories Inc in 2015, leading the Agile transformation and managing the development and shipment of a robotic exoskeleton product.

From 2016 to 2017, Francisco worked as a Product Manager at TribalScale, focusing on XP, Lean methodologies, and Design thinking to deliver digital products for clients. Francisco then joined Laurentian Bank of Canada in 2017 as a Product Manager Consultant, integrating the product roadmap to a new online banking platform.

In 2018, Francisco worked at OSRAM as a Product Manager, where they defined the next generation lighting and IoT vision for the AMERICAS region. Francisco researched, executed, and provided value beyond lighting as a solution for commercial spaces.

Most recently, Francisco Morales has been employed at Kepler Communications Inc. since 2020. Francisco initially served as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Program Manager.

Francisco Morales completed their education at three different institutions. Francisco obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara from 2003 to 2007. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Manitoba in 2006. Francisco went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in ISO 13485:2003 from Emergo.
