Rodney Keller

Rodney Keller, MBA, PMP has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Rodney currently holds the position of Program Manager at Kepler Communications Inc. since February 2022.

Prior to their current role, Rodney worked at ClearPlan LLC from 2014 to 2023. During this time, they held various positions including Program Architect/Master Planner/Financial Analyst from February 2019 to March 2023, Master Planner from April 2018 to February 2019, and Master Planner from April 2015 to March 2018. Rodney also served as a Master Planner from May 2014 to April 2015.

From 2012 to 2014, Rodney worked at Raytheon as a Principal Technical Planner. Prior to that, they were employed at SM&A as an Associate Manager for Cost & Schedule Management from November 2008 to April 2012. Rodney also gained experience in scheduling as Tactical Airborne Systems Scheduling at Raytheon from January 2009 to January 2012.

Rodney started their professional career at Honeywell Aerospace as a Project Scheduler from February 2008 to November 2008. Before entering the private sector, they served in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Aircraft Commander from 1999 to 2007.

With their combination of program management, planning, financial analysis, and scheduling experience, Rodney Keller is well-equipped to contribute effectively to any organization.

Rodney Keller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature, which they obtained from the United States Air Force Academy between 1995 and 1999. In 2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Aerospace & Defense from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Rodney has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Master of Business Administration certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2020. Rodney also holds the Cobra Certification Exam from Deltek University, obtained in June 2020. Furthermore, Rodney Keller is a certified PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) since April 2014 and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since May 2013, both certifications granted by the Project Management Institute.
