Virginia Balestra

Virginia Balestra's work experience begins in 2016 with an internship as a Recruiter & Business Development Specialist at Decent Management Consulting Co., Ltd. In 2017, they worked as an HR Representative intern at Marriott International. In 2019, they held the position of International Sales Agent at EF Education First for three months. Later that year, they became a Technical Recruiter at Good Company, where they stayed until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Next Ventures. In 2021, they joined ATG Europe as a Space Talent Acquisition Specialist and stayed until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Recruiter at Kepler Communications Inc.

Virginia Balestra's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Liceo Linguistico Alessandro Manzoni and earned their High School Diploma in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, with a focus on English, Chinese, and Spanish. In 2011, they participated in a short study program at No. 55 High School IB World School in Beijing, China.

From 2014 to 2017, Balestra attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Language, Culture, and Society of Asia and Mediterranean Africa. During the same period, they also attended Ca' Foscari International College, completing a Bachelor's Degree in Languages, Cultures, and Societies of Asia and North Africa.

In 2016, Balestra furthered their study of the Chinese language at Mandarin House in Shanghai, China, focusing on Chinese Conversation. Additionally, in 2017, they attended Capital Normal University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language.

Recently, in 2021, Balestra attended Stevens Institute of Technology, where they completed a short course titled "Understanding Space | An Introduction to Astronautics and Space Systems Engineering." In the same year, they obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Space Professional from Teaching Science & Technology, Inc. (TSTI), obtaining a BlackBelt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent, and completing the "Bitcoin for Everybody" course from Saylor Academy. Virginia also holds certifications in the ECDL Certificate, HSK 4 (Chinese language proficiency exam), and IELTS Level C1.
