Cary Jaikaran

Cary Jaikaran has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and aerospace industries. Cary is currently working as a Sr. Program Manager at Kepler Communications Inc., where they are leading the development of space-to-ground communication infrastructure. Prior to this, Cary worked at Honeywell as a Sr. Program Manager, managing early stage development programs and serving as the account manager for Canadian Space Agency programs. Cary also worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Director of Product Marketing, responsible for product management activities during a period of high growth. Before that, Cary was a Technical Leader in Systems Engineering at L3Harris Technologies. Cary started their career at Raytheon Technologies as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing the development of air traffic control radar systems. Cary also spent several years at Honeywell as a Project Engineer and at Thales as a Software Analyst, working on various control systems and algorithm development.

Cary Jaikaran obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing their education between 1983 and 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, which was completed in 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) from Professional Engineers Ontario, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
