Fuat Kaan Diriker

RF Systems Designer II at Kepler Communications Inc.

Fuat Kaan Diriker has extensive work experience in the field of aerospace engineering. Fuat Kaan is currently employed at Kepler Communications Inc. as an RF Systems Engineer II. Prior to that, they worked at Space Flight Laboratory as a Microsatellite Systems Engineer, where they led the Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) Subsystem and Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) efforts for various microsatellite cluster missions. Fuat Kaan also played a key role in designing a new microstrip antenna and led the AIT effort for the satellites. Before joining Space Flight Laboratory, Fuat Kaan Diriker worked as a Research Assistant at Lassonde School of Engineering's Nanosatellite Research Laboratory. In this role, they were involved in software development and hardware design for various satellite projects. Fuat Kaan also served as the Orientation Director, where they managed a 9-day long orientation week and supervised a team of volunteers.

Fuat Kaan Diriker pursued their education in the field of aerospace engineering. From 2020 to 2022, they attended the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they studied at the Lassonde School of Engineering - York University, earning a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree in Space Engineering. Alongside their academic qualifications, they also obtained additional certifications. In July 2020, they received the STK Level 3: Grand Master Certification from AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.). In March 2020, they achieved the Amateur Radio Operator w/ Honours certification from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.
