Jenny Windom

Jenny Windom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenny started their career as a Teacher at Forest Grove Community School in 2013. Jenny then worked as a Teacher and Copywrite Consultant at Rubicon International from 2014 to 2017, where they analyzed data, developed strategies, and trained team members. Jenny also served as a Standards & Curriculum Specialist and Core Talk/PD Content Developer at Rubicon International during the same period, where they collaborated across teams and presented webinars on education trends.

In 2014, Jenny joined 11: Dance Co. as an Assistant Director, where they produced shows, trained dancers, and fostered community engagement. Jenny later worked at Utomik as a Social Media, Content Creation, and Live Stream Producer/Host from 2016 to 2018. At Utomik, they played a crucial role in bringing more games to more players through subscription gaming.

Jenny then moved on to Indie Boost in 2017, where they worked as an Influencer/Media Relations Specialist. Jenny supported the studio by connecting with influencers and media outlets to promote their games. From 2018 to 2021, they transitioned to Rose City Games as a Communications Manager, handling the studio's communications and marketing efforts.

Starting in 2020, Jenny joined Soft Not Weak as Lead Producer, leading the production of their debut title and handling business development. Jenny then moved to Kowloon Nights in 2021, where they facilitated the internal community and production while handling communications and social media accounts.

Currently, Jenny holds the position of Senior Influencer Manager at Kepler Interactive, where they lead influencer outreach and strategy for the company's portfolio of games. Jenny also supports Kepler's social channels and community development.

Jenny Windom holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Anthropology from Linfield University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In terms of certifications, Jenny has an initial Teaching License (Initial I) from the Oregon TSPC, which they attained in July 2010.
