Sonia Furlanetto

Sonia Furlanetto has over 25 years of experience in customer operations and sales, currently serving as the Head of Transition for Customer Operations at Kering Eyewear since March 2015, where previous roles included Vice President of Sales Operations and Head of Global Sales Support. Prior to Kering Eyewear, Sonia held various positions at Safilo S.p.A., including Head of Customer Service EMEA and EA to the Head of EMEA Region, and worked at Ceccato S.p.A. as Customer Service Manager. Earlier career experiences include leading customer service at Mondi Business Paper Sales UK Ltd and serving as an Overseas Account Executive at Neusiedler AG. Sonia began their career as an Export Account Executive at Richard Haemmerle Seidenfabrik GmbH.
