Alina Williams

Alina Williams is a seasoned compliance and safety professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Compliance, Health & Safety at Kering since February 2022, Alina previously held the position of Senior Compliance Specialist at Wakefern Food Corp. from July 2012 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing compliance for COVID-19 across a cooperative of 80,000 associates and leading monthly meetings with numerous Chief Compliance Officers. Alina's earlier roles included Compliance Specialist and Occupational Health & Safety Technician at Wakefern, as well as positions in loss prevention, academia, and legal assistance. Alina holds a Doctor of Science degree (ABD) in Civil Security and has a strong educational background with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
